Business Development Manager (UAE National)

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Business Development Manager ( UAE National Only) managing sales teams, formulating growth strategies, and establishing strong client relationships within the interior design and fit-out sector. This role will focus on expanding our market presence, leading the sales process, and nurturing a high-performing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets with a proven track record of achieving consistent revenue goals.

• Responsibilities:

Lead the business development and sales strategy to drive revenue growth.

• Develop and implement strategic plans, sales initiatives, and expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.

Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and foster strategic partnerships.

Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring seamless project handover to the operations team.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.

Collaborate with senior management to set KPIs, forecast sales projections, and present regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Proven track record of successfully driving sales in the interior design and fit-out industry, with experience achieving revenue targets.

• Extensive experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Strong network and relationships within the market, with a deep understanding of industry trends and client needs.

• Strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and MS Office suite.
