Responsibilities
- Strategically build your pipeline to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Independently generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and build LocAI customer archetypes. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for different industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Identify emerging trends and shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with our technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and developments, providing timely feedback on client needs and market trends.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of field B2B sales experience, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
- Proven success in B2B sales, meeting or exceeding targets. Ideally in the Medical, Construction/Architecture, Legal or Education field.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with Product and Tech teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Startup or scale up experience required.
- GCC experience required.
