Business Development Representative

Are you a passionate communicator with a knack for building relationships

Mulingua, a leading provider of language services, is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in our continued success by generating new business opportunities through cold calling and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase Mulingua's services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new client partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Working hours are Monday to Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in telesales or call center industry in an English-speaking account, preferably Vodafone UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field is a plus.
