Your role in our story

The Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding opportunities for Prezlab. They actively research potential clients, initiate outreach efforts, build and nurture client relationships, identify client needs, and introduce relevant services. By monitoring market trends and client feedback, they help identify new business prospects and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

You'll shine through

  • Conducting cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients through research and targeted outreach.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Presenting and pitching Prezlab's services to potential clients.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Following up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

What you need to come aboard

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in cold outreach, cold calling, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal and in English and Arabic
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
