We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client's Business Consulting company specializing in Executive Coaching and Learning, based in Abu Dhabi UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the learning and coaching consulting industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop effective business strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients to secure new business deals.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with other organizations to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers.
- Prepare and present detailed business proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and deliverables to secure profitable business contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Key Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Must have bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the learning and coaching consulting industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the learning and coaching consulting market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understanding of the cultural nuances and business practices in the UAE and the wider Middle East region.
