Job Title: Business Setup Advisor
Job Description: As a Business Setup Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities across the UAE. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clients with comprehensive business setup solutions and ongoing support to ensure their growth and sustainability. From advising on company structures to ensuring regulatory compliance, you will be a key partner in the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore Company Formation:
- Offer expert advice on the selection of suitable company structures (mainland, Freezone, or offshore) based on client needs.
- Manage the entire company formation process, including securing licenses, permits, and approvals.
2.Client Consultation:
- Consult with clients to understand their business goals and offer customized solutions.
- Ensure clear communication with clients at every stage of the setup process.
3.Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed on UAE business laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Ensure clients comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
4.Document Preparation:
- Prepare and review contracts, legal documents, and agreements necessary for business setup.
5.CRM Management:
- Use CRM tools to maintain accurate client records and track their progress.
- Develop strategies to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
6.Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a team of business setup consultants and administrative staff.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
7.Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities locally and internationally.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in business setup and company formation in Dubai, with expertise in mainland, Freezone, and offshore entities.
- Strong understanding of UAE business laws, regulations, and government procedures.
- Proficient in CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
If the candidate have proficience in Chienese,german, russian ,arabic language that will be beneficial.
