JOB PURPOSE:
Built market position by locating, developing, and defining, negotiating and closing new business relationship in accordance to the company policy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and networks prospective customers in the assigned market
- Locate & Propose potential business alliance deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities in KSA market for the Business units
- Promote and sell Fitness (Gym) products and services, including outdoor fitness, bowling, and leisure solutions, to the assigned market (Hospitality/ Architects & Designers).
- Daily visits to the local market
- Gather sales leads and build sales reports
- Understand Customers needs and requirements to provide solutions keeping track of competitor strategies to enhance market share.
- Ensuring the contract profitability and covering the different market segments.
- Coordinating with the Business units specifically with head of business units to comply with the sales and quality policies and procedures to ensure sales targets achievement and their healthy business close.
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities within various market segments and sectors to increase market share.
- Visibility of the new projects is accurate and approved with the business unit heads.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 3 years of relevant proven track record on the projects in the same sector.
- Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.
