Role Description
The Business/Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities that result in successful, profitable, and long-term client relationships. The right candidate will bring to this position: strong organizational skills, identifying and creating efficiencies, relationship-building skills, operational knowledge, the ability to comprehend and retain new information, ability to resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Identify, Manage, and develop relationships with new clients to ensure continued growth.
Write customer tender documents/RFP to ensure realistic client expectations are set and achievement of the bid.
Identify the requirements and potential business opportunities by meeting and presenting customized project solutions with cost estimates.
Achieve and exceed agreed business quotas.
Work closely with team members to close business opportunities which ensures customer satisfaction.
A strategic and analytical thinker and creative problem-solver
Strong organizational skills and high work efficiency
Familiarity with the multimedia and/or eLearning markets
