Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Dubai. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in International Manpower industry
• Good English ( speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Customer Service expertise
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of building successful business relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
