Job Location: New Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR Consultation and Learning & Development sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and present tailored solutions to meet client needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports to support decision-making.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic account management and client engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, specifically in HR Consultation and Learning & Development services.
- Strong understanding of HR and L&D industry trends and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales techniques.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
