Responsibilities
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports of sales objectives and results.
Coordinate with fintech team on all matters related to installment payment methods for customers.
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Follow up received leads from Toothpick CMS.
Visit dental clinics and potential dentists to check their needs and promote Toothpick products and services.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Generate leads using online social media platforms as well as through traditional marketing (e.g. Facebook & calls).
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic.
Proficiency in sales techniques and in strategy development.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
