Business Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Achieve Business Development sales target.
• Research and support driving business growth opportunities as requested by BD Head and prepare reports on the same.
• Conduct market research to identify new customers.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers, while maintaining existing relationships.
• Negotiate to have quotations approved as per sent offers.
• Review and sign agreements.
• Research and prepare brief reviews on new clinical trials.
• Attend Pharma conferences, congresses, and network meetings.
• Provide support to resolve any concerns departments may have with the Sponsor.
• Maintain a proper database for agreements and quotations.

Must-Haves:

• BSc in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Very good analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English language.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Excellent research skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), & Microsoft PowerPoint).

Nice-to-Have:

• Industry/sector background
• Licensing experience.
• Forecasting and Budgeting experience
