Job Overview:
The Company Formation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the formation and registration of new companies in Saudi Arabia. This includes navigating local regulations, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. The role requires a thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian corporate laws and regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Currently based in Saudi Arabia and willing to relocate to Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Company Formation and Registration:
- Assist clients in the formation and registration of new companies in Saudi Arabia.
- Guide clients through the entire process, from initial consultation to the successful registration of the company.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately prepared, submitted, and filed in accordance with local regulations.
- Legal Compliance:
- Stay updated on changes in Saudi corporate laws and regulations.
- Ensure all formed companies are in compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advise clients on legal structures and the implications of different corporate entities.
- Liaison with Government Authorities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key government agencies and authorities.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment (MCI), Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), and other relevant bodies.
- Client Consultation and Support:
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients regarding company formation and business setup in Saudi Arabia.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide solutions to any challenges that arise during the company formation process.
- Ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry out their desired business.
- Presenting recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting business in different jurisdictions in KSA.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure all company formation documents are correctly filed and maintained.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and company formation processes.
- Updating internal CRM process and systems.
- Communicating regularly with the Head Office in Qatar in coordination with Saudi operations.
- Preparing and presenting monthly sales reports and participating in meetings as required.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple company formation projects simultaneously.
- Ensure timely completion of all tasks related to company formation.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for clients looking to establish a presence in Saudi Arabia.
- Analyze industry trends and provide insights to clients on the best practices for business setup.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in corporate law is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in company formation, corporate services, or a related field, with specific experience in Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
