Your new role
The Business Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and uncover potential collaborations and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Team Up with the Experts: Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to identify promising industries, markets, and product lines where we can shine.
- Become a Market Detective: Analyse publicly available information to pinpoint the best opportunities for us to pursue.
- Unearth Local Gems: Identify companies within the market and connect with existing clients to gain valuable insights.
- Track Progress: Support the team by monitoring and analysing potential business opportunities.
- Dive Deeper: Conduct research on target accounts, understanding their business language, challenges, and emerging needs and assist in developing plans to approach these specific accounts.
- Build Trusting Relationships: Develop and maintain connections with potential customers, uncovering their needs and priorities. Understand their buying process and how best to serve them.
- Become the Connector: Foster and manage relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication at all levels.
- Grow the Business: Support initiatives to expand the reach within the market, segment, and region.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the sales team to ensure overall strategy is well-communicated and coordinated.
What you'll need to succeed
- UAE National with a Family Book as per government law.
- Bachelor's Degree engineering background is preferred, but a strong understanding of the target industries is highly valued.
- 5-7 Years of Experience, but a go-getter attitude and eagerness to learn are highly regarded.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and networking skills are required.
- The ability to inspire and motivate others is a desired quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the abulity to adapt communication style to suit different audiences is essential.
- The ability to take the initiative is a must.
- Strengthening client relationships with government organizations to increase sales is a key focus.
- Connections within the Marine, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Defense, and Government Ministries sectors.
