Job Title: Business Manager

Job Overview:W e are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee the entire operations and strategic direction of our Tasheel/Tadbeer center in Dubai. The Business Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to all operational activities of the Tasheel/Tadbeer center, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of administrative staff, PROs (Public Relations Officers), and service advisors to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and foster business partnerships.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the center's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives to achieve financial targets.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, develop strategies to expand service offerings, and implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure service quality and efficiency through regular audits, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, labor laws, and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain a compliant operation.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting operational performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role within the UAE, preferably within the Tasheel/Tadbeer services sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and government regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to drive operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP software.
