Job Overview
As a Business Operations Executive will manage daily commercial operations, including updating conversion reports, processing cashback requests, and handling escalations with partners. They will support URL tracking, conversion reporting, and integration with clients and third-party systems. The role involves data collection and analysis to assist in decision-making and preparing reports for stakeholders. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements to optimize operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of commercial activities, including updating conversion reports, managing validations, and processing redemption and cashback requests.
- Support URL tracking, conversion reporting, and integration processes with clients and third-party systems.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the optimization of operational workflows.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to support decision-making and track key performance indicators.
- Assist in preparing and presenting data-driven reports to stakeholders, using tools such as Excel and basic data visualization methods.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance to support overall business objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for partners, handling escalations and critical cases when necessary.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business operations, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and partners.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
