As a Business Partnerships Director for Digital Experience, you will spearhead our efforts to create high value business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships that enhance our digital capabilities and expand our reach. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing opportunities that align with our vision for digital innovation, focusing on elevating the brand experience through technology, gaming, and interactive content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to support the company's digital experience objectives.
• Should be a successful practitioner and expert on solutions sales with C suite stakeholders.
• Should have built a successful business portfolio self and team, for digital media or digital experience products/ services.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities in the digital, tech, production and gaming industries to enhance our digital offerings.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and creative, to integrate partnership initiatives into our digital strategy and create compelling proposals for major accounts, ensuring a winning edge.
• Constantly exceed client expectations and ensure KPI's & key project milestones are met.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging partnership opportunities and potential areas for innovation.
• Represent LPS Brands at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and maintain a strong professional network.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of communications strategy and advertising principles.
• Be open to travel across the region as needed for business engagements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 12 years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field, with a proven track record in the digital, tech, or gaming industries.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities that align with business objectives.

- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience in dealing with senior-level stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of digital trends, technology platforms, and the gaming industry.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
