JOB TITLE
Business Planning & Analysis Manager | Majid Al Futtaim Future Solutions | Finance
ROLE SUMMARY
This role will provide overall financial support and assist stakeholders with timely insights and visibility on XSIGHT performance. This is a high-impact position that is core to shaping the future direction of the XIGHT Future Solutions organization. A central component will involve working with the Senior Manager and wider stakeholders to jointly develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
ROLE PROFILE
- Provide detailed, insightful and actionable monthly management reporting for the parent Holding company. Submit monthly results into the Hyperion tool for group reporting and consolidation.
- Provide a regular monthly management analysis deck for Senior Management to show overall XSIGHT Performance and Profit & Loss by cost center and division
- Track and ensure inter-lock of monthly chargebacks and SLA charges with Operating Companies at a group level. Produce monthly chargeback trackers for each Operating Company and provide required details and future analysis as required.
- Prepare and assist in the yearly budgeting process, working closely with functions to formulate the detailed plans.
- Work with Operating Companies during the budgeting process to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on chargebacks and targeted performance levels
- Produce quarterly KPI and Financial Forecasts to regularly track expected full-year out-turn vs budgeted expectations.
- Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
- Monitor and analyze monthly cost center reports and provide detailed analysis and commentary on departmental results
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in accounting/finance.
- At least 5-8 years of proven experience in a large corporate or multinational organization.
- CA / CIMA /ACCA / ACA / IFRS qualified or Part-Qualified with clear route to imminent qualification is preferred.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills.
