We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Senior Consultant to lead and execute business process initiatives for a 16-month engagement. The ideal candidate will define and implement process landscapes, perform operational and business process assessments, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering optimized process solutions. This role requires expertise in process architecture, operational analysis, and collaborative leadership within the contracting, construction, or hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Landscape Definition:
- Define the process landscape for the client, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and purpose.
- Identify and create holistic, cross-functional processes and break them down through defined process levels.
Process Architecture Implementation:
- Implement business/process architecture using predefined models covering seven key areas.
- Ensure the architecture integrates effectively across organizational functions and supports strategic objectives.
Process Assessment:
- Perform process implementation assessments and business process evaluations using predefined methodologies.
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead process workstreams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of defined goals.
- Guide and mentor other process consultants, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Operational Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth operational analysis of processes to identify pain points, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Engagement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure process solutions address organizational needs.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align process initiatives with client objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPMN) is preferred.
Experience:
- 5-12 years of experience in business process improvement or consulting roles within the contracting, construction, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of leading business process architecture and operational analysis projects.
