Accountabilities & Key Roles :
- Assist the head of business development and ecosystem expansion to achieve forth set business objectives & KPIs.
- Monitor business performance and taking corrective action whenever necessary.
- Leverage data and market research scans to understand trends, identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer experience, deliver market-share growth and suggests program enhancements.
- Effectively partner with data analytics, finance and product teams across the bank to translate business needs to design & develop tools, analytics, and dashboards to provide actionable insights into the business.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning goals to execute projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide the necessary support to branches to help optimize business performance and achieve forth-set targets.
- Run and participate in various meetings and conference calls with a wide range of participants.
- Ensure the proper implementation of business programs and take initiatives to develop the program offering continuously.
- Assess business performance to suggest recommendations on training plans with focus on enhancing the knowledge of frontline staff.
- Launch campaign and manage communication plans to engage with customers throughout the year.
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts by carrying out various initiatives to enhance customer experience through electronic channels and driving them toward digital banking.

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
