Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a business Setup Advisor in Dubai. As a Setup Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to investors navigating the dynamic landscapes of Freezone, Mainland, and Offshore business setups. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting clients in understanding the legal and regulatory requirements, facilitating the documentation and licensing processes, and ensuring compliance throughout the setup process. You will work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their business needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Freezone, Mainland, and Offshore business setups in Dubai and the UAE
• Experience in providing advisory services to entrepreneurs and investors
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to business setups
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the Dubai business landscape is preferred
