Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Company Setup Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Company Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in setting up their businesses in various free zones and business areas in Dubai. This position requires extensive knowledge of the local business landscape, including free zone regulations and company formation processes.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients regarding company formation and setup in Dubai's free zones and business areas.
Assist clients in selecting the appropriate free zone or business area based on their specific requirements.
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation and applications for company formation, including trade license applications, visas, and permits.
Coordinate with relevant government authorities, free zone authorities, and other regulatory bodies to ensure smooth and efficient company setup processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and changes in free zone laws and company formation procedures.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and help clients make informed decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and operations, to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the setup process and beyond.
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance overall team performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in company formation and setup in various free zones and business areas in Dubai.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's free zone regulations, licensing requirements, and company formation processes.
Strong understanding of the local business landscape, including market trends, competitive analysis, and industry insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Proven track record of successfully assisting clients in setting up their businesses in Dubai's free zones and business areas.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using relevant software and tools for documentation and record-keeping.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or any other language is a plus.
