Consultant - Business Solution
Job Scope
The Consultant - Business Solution is accountable for providing consultancy to customers while translating their requirements into workable solutions. S/He handles on-site trainings, follows up on tickets and recommends enhancements and new features on a regular basis.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of new requirements
- Provide business consultancy based on best practices to customers
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
- Define the scope of a project/opportunity while estimating efforts and project timelines
- Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
- Drive implementation activities of data migration and training
- Work closely with clients to capture the integration requirements and define integration strategies and roadmaps accordingly
- Follow up on tickets with the customer and Vendor
- Provide project updates to the team and management
- Communicate project deliverables with the customers on regular basis
- Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the application
- Contribute to on-site user training
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
Experience
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
