Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments that align with the company's services through analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Prospect and identify potential clients and opportunities through using various channels such as Industry Conferences, Business events, Networking relationships, and cold calling.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients by offering solutions that might enhance their current infrastructure maturity performance.
Analyze opportunities and potential behaviors of the client's stakeholders Initiators, Influencers, and Decision Makers to use the right communication style and intervention to push the deal for closure.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions with clients to close sales deals in a timely manner.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients highlighting Professional recruitment value propositions (Business proposal), services, competitive advantages, and case studies of successful projects or partnerships.
Communicate and integrate with the Marketing department to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials to increase potential leads.
Follow up on deal status with clients through tracking offer cycle and conduct visits or calls with the client.
Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate favorable contract terms NDA terms with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. As well, Review contract terms regularly to identify areas for improvement or renegotiation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Marketing or a related field
2-3 Years of Experience
Very Good in English
Communicating effectively with others
Proficient in using MS Office Suite
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and requirements.
