Portfolio Management Reporting & Initiatives
- maintains and updates 5-year department strategy and goals and Annual Business Plan.
- Develops, maintains and monitors the implementation of functional strategies covering the different business units/sectors.
- Leads all the strategy realization activities and review meetings and activities.
- Monitors and follows-up on the department strategy execution.
- Providing support and guidance to the supporting departments to ensure their agreement with the strategic directions.
- Ensure proper alignment and coordination with business development in bidding phase.
- Closely align with other internal and external stakeholders
- Make recommendation to management on optimal and balanced solutions to problems arising.
- Acts as single point of contact with business units for all portfolio management matters.
- Gatekeeper of all regular weekly / monthly management meetings.
- Manage key relationships with other internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Risk, etc.
- Conduct internal analysis and define areas of unsatisfactory results and work on implementing solutions and improving work procedures in order to improve the department overall performance
- Participates in the analysis of the business segments performance on quarter basis and to assist in identifying area of challenges and potential growth.
- Manage, develop, facilitate, and support enterprise-wide portfolio management for the region and covey how the project companies are aligned and re-aligned with corporate strategic goals and directives.
- Facilitate and support corporate and portfolio risk management in order to track and manage Risk raised items
- Develop portfolio management processes, procedures, training to support EMO.
- Support with the management of external advisors/consultants.
