Job Description
- Excellent digital project management skills supporting large scale ERP and supplier collaboration implementations.
- Driving disruption game changing digital transformation
- Strategic roadmap to improve MSI's business systems capabilities in the areas of demand planning, supply planning, inventory, purchasing, outsourcing and logistics
- The role will be dedicated to developing and implementing Best Practices within the entire materials and logistics including supplier collaboration, digital twin simulations, logistics visibility and global reporting system governing
- Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals Drive the supply chain to become more of a competitive advantage against our competition.
- Focusing on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying digital Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all Key Performance Initiatives & metrics
- Execute strategies and daily execution to deliver the supply to support our customer and company requirements
- Develop leading and lagging indicators across disparate lines of business to improve predictive accuracy
- Implement standard operating processes across all products and functions that seamlessly work together to deliver results
- Ability to translate statistical data and integrated Machine Learning and AI into models for continuous improvement
Basic Requirements
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience leading key functions around Supply Planning, Inventory, Outsourced Management and integrating business systems to support these business processes
- Extensive experience in implementing ERP, Supplier Collaboration and reporting architecture to support the business
- High energy, positive attitude, successful track record of building sustainable and high performing teams
- Ability to simplify complex situations and drive change and continuous improvement Global Management experience leading a team in a complex, matrixed organization across various time zones
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated results in improved key performance indicators in the areas of supply planning, inventory, purchasing, outsource management, logistics, supplier collaboration and global reporting
- Experience leading materials functions to a best-in-class end state, including identification of strategic gaps and charting structure, well-sponsored path to close
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to motivate and develop their reports as well as maintain a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders
- Able to drive value in sensitive, challenging, or long-term supply relationships through innovation, challenging status quo
- Exceptional track record of converting identified savings into bottom line results and achieving established financial goals
- Advanced knowledge of ORACLE/MRP/ERP and Advance Planning tools
