Emirates Islamic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Banking Business Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at transforming and optimizing our bank's operations and processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving organizational change, enhancing efficiency, and fostering innovation within our banking environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, with expertise in Lean and Agile methodologies to lead our transformation efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Transformation: Lead End-to-End transformation projects aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing customer experience. Utilize Lean principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize resource utilization within banking operations
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to identify pain points, opportunities, and strategic objectives. Effectively communicate the purpose, progress, and benefits of the transformation efforts
- Agile: Implement Agile methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement, iteration, and collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies to drive successful execution of transformation initiatives, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify insights, trends, and performance metrics that inform decision-making and measure the success of transformation initiatives
- Technology and Digital Transformation: Understanding of technology trends and digital transformation strategies to leverage technology solutions that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and customer experience
- Business Strategy: Understanding of business objectives, market dynamics, and strategic planning to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals
- Leadership and Team Management: Capability to lead and motivate teams, inspire change, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA and relevant certification (Lean Six Sigma, PMP) preferred
- Proven track record of successfully leading business transformation initiatives within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of the banking industry, its operations, products, and regulatory environment
- Extensive consulting experience, preferably with a focus on process optimization, organizational change, and digital transformation
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) is critical
- Strong in creating compelling PowerPoint presentation to communicate complex ideas, transformation strategies, and project updates
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement
