On behalf of a high-profile Client (Governmental institution) is looking to hire a Business Transformation Manager for their critical Project in Riyadh /KSA.

Overview:

The Business Transformation Manager is responsible for leading and managing strategic initiatives aimed at transforming the organization's processes, systems, and culture to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing transformational strategies, and ensuring successful execution and adoption of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business transformation initiatives aimed at driving organizational change and improvement.

- Develop and execute transformation strategies aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformational projects and initiatives.

- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the transformation journey.

- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications and requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience in business transformation or change management roles.

- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.

- Experience leading transformation initiatives across multiple functions or departments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to influence and motivate others.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Project management skills and attention to detail.
