Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business relationships, generate, and negotiate new contracts for Facility Management Services as per targets /per year.
Identifying new business opportunities by mapping of the upcoming projects.
Meeting clients and finalizing the comprehensive Facility Management deals.
Making business plans, customized presentations & proposals.
Conduct site surveys along with the operations team.
Analyzing latest trend of the market in terms of Facility Management Services.
To prepare documentation for - Tenders, RFP & RFQ etc.
Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned Region.
Closely track Competition activity.
Designing Strategy for Sales Team Developing & Managing Strategic Accounts in the assigned Region.
Renewal of existing Accounts Strategy, Business Plan & Road map.
Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.
Weekly review of the sales activity and advise with corrective actions.
Generate new business leads.
Ensure all client agreements are signed before contract start-up date and handed over to planning & costing.
Review the tender documents to evaluate the scope of the project and provide recommendations to the direct manager accordingly.
Read the contracts conditions carefully to take it into consideration when preparing the tender.
Distribute tasks among the team members and monitor their performance.
Receive the queries from the team, review them, make the needed amendments and send them to the direct manager or the client to gain needed information about the project.
Contact the suppliers, subcontractors and clients when needed to facilitate the tendering process and abide by the timeline.
Conduct site visits with the clients when needed to show them the ongoing projects or see their sites.
Review the direct and indirect cost sheets in addition to the top sheet and make the needed amendments in coordination with the Tender Team Leader and Senior Tender Engineer.
Write the Technical file after collecting the needed documents to be sent to the client to understand the organization's capabilities.
Coordinate the contracting process with the Contract Department to ensure it is aligned with the clients and organization's requirements.
Manage the process of handing over the project documents and requirements to the operations team.
