'Reality Capture Business Unit Lead':
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the business unit's strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals.
- Business Development: Drive sales and marketing efforts, build client relationships, and manage vendor partnerships.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, project management, financial performance, and quality assurance.
- Technical Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, lead innovation, and ensure team competency.
Requirements :
- Engineering degree (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical)
- Proven BIM experience (3-5 years) in the field of 3D laser scanning and surveying, geospatial technology, or related industries.
- BIM software proficiency (e.g., Autodesk Revit)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management abilities
- Attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and innovation.
- Mandatory industry certifications.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: Flexible Hours from 8-10 AM to 4-6 PM
- Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
- Location: Maadi, Cairo
