Role Overview:As the Business Unit Manager, you will be at the helm of our business unit, driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and ensuring Clinilab's strong market presence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Commercial Leadership:Spearhead all business commercial tasks, aligning them with Clinilab's overarching goals.
- Holistic Planning:Strategically plan and execute all aspects of the business unit, including sales, profitability, and corporate objectives.
- Team Development:Lead and nurture a high-performing team, comprising sales professionals, logistics experts, and other key stakeholders.
- Sales Target Achievement:Drive growth by consistently hitting sales targets within the domestic (TO) and international (IN) markets.
- Strategic Business Planning:Design and implement a robust business plan that expands our customer base, enhances market share, and fortifies Clinilab's position.
- Performance Evaluation:Regularly assess overall operational results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate existing client relationships while actively fostering new ones.
- Market Insight:Stay attuned to emerging markets, shifts, and competitive dynamics, ensuring Clinilab remains agile and responsive.
Skills and Experience:
- Educational Background:Hold a bachelor's degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or veterinary sciences.
- Professional Expertise:Bring a minimum of 5 years experience in B2B management, specifically within immunoassay and hematology diagnostics.
- Integrated Management:Demonstrate the ability to create end-to-end solutions, integrating various facets of business operations.
- Language Proficiency:Fluent in English.
- Strategic Vision:Possess a forward-thinking mindset, capable of envisioning long-term success.
- Leadership Acumen:Inspire and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
