About the Role:
Axe Recruiting is pleased to present an exceptional opportunity on behalf of our client, a distinguished and well-known family in the region. We are seeking dedicated, efficient, and proactive individuals to join their service team, providing comprehensive F&B service and personal assistance to family members. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless operation and comfort of the household, which comprises two villas and a family of five adults and two children.
Key Responsibilities:
- F&B Service:
- Provide full meal service, including preparation, serving, and cleanup, for all meals.
- Deliver a hotel-like service experience, maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation.
- Handle food delivery to the second villa as needed.
- Personal Assistance:
- Offer personal assistance to family members, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Exhibit initiative by organizing tasks, asking pertinent questions, and identifying areas where service can be enhanced.
- General Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized household environment.
- Be available and responsive to the familys needs at all times, acting as a maid when necessary.
- Adhere to basic safety rules and standards, ensuring a safe and secure environment for the family.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or high-end private household.
- Skills:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently without constant supervision.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
- Integrity and reliability, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Additional Information:
- Extra Hours: The role is salaried and does not provide extra hours compensation.
- Travel: Availability to travel with the family during the summer is required.
- Bartender Skills: Experience in bartending is an advantage but not mandatory.
