Job Description
Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy of all aircraft and component scheduled maintenance tasks as
defined in the respective Aircraft Maintenance Program in the primary
airworthiness tool GOLDesp and secondarily on RSAF Publication Forms to be
retained for aircraft historical data collation/reference/archive.
Maintain all aircraft and component documentation in line with Company
Documentation Creation, Retention and Disposal Policy and RSAF Publications.
Assist with any data collation from GOLDesp and contribute to investigative or
performance related topics as instructed by line manager.
Maintain accuracy and currrency of the primary maintenance control toolset, GOLDesp,
in line with approved data to prevent any compromise to airworthiness.
Produce monthly and weekly maintenance schedule/plans/reports to be distributed to
the AMO and RSAF in line AMO Capabilities, RSAF Publications and CAME.
Review monthly
Produce and Distribute Effective weekly/monthly aircraft flying program in line with
customer requirements.
Day to day tasking will be (but not limited to) the following:
1. Raise and Compile Component and Aircraft Maintenance Workpackages.
2. Generate and Maintain Aircraft documentation.
3. Review approved schedules/plans for adherence and report deviations to line
manager.
4. Analysis of any relevant aircraft documentation for accuracy and/or completion.
5. Update data tracking sheets such as Deferred Defects register, TCTO Tracking
Files and 1400-67.
6. Back Up all shared data in the event of system or human errors.
Ensure all mandated training requirements are satisfied within necessary
deadlines.
Job Requirements:
Essential:
Must be fluent in English Language
Must have a recognized technical qualification, relevant to aircraft maintenance or
a related discipline which is acceptable to BAE Systems.
Desirable :
Should be familiar with RSAF Publications.
Should be a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Should have some experience of a Part M or Part 145 organisation.
Should be able to work on his own initiative to resolve technical issues.
An understanding of company PtM policies, processes and procedures.
