Job specification- Expertise / Occupational Qualification / Special Knowledge
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 4-7 Years work experience in the construction Industry
- Experience in 3D, Auto CAD
- Experience in Rhino and able to create simple Grasshopper script is a MUST
- Good knowledge of Mathematics, Science, Engineering and Architecture
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-developed drafting skills
- Strong technical understanding
- Commercial understanding
- Adhering to regulations
- Fluent in English
- Meeting targets and deadlines
