Requirements for a Caf Supervisor_
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
Experience in customer service and team management
Strong leadership and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial tasks
Familiarity with health and safety regulations- Marketing and promotional skills
High school diploma or equivalent (required)- Degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
Attention to detail Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
