Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative at Ancia Future Solutions FZC in Dubai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a positive customer experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
