Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent at ABS Courier in Qesm El Maadi. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing strong interpersonal skills, providing customer support, and demonstrating computer literacy in resolving queries and issues.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
