Job Description:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding our products/services thoroughly to assist customers effectively.
- Problem Solving: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues they might have.
- Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, 8 hours per day.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional Manner: Polished demeanor suitable for customer interactions.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
