A company in Beirut is looking for highly motivated / professional call center agents:
Key responsibilities:
manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Address customers inquiries promptly.
Stay informed on product knoweldge and company policies.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify and escalete priority issues.
Route calls to appropriate resource.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills.
Customer service-oriented.
Basic computer skills.
Language : english mandatory / french is a plus.
