Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken Outbound Call Center Agent with excellent communication skills to be responsible for soliciting sales and managing client inquiries over the telephone.
  • SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong command of the Arabic &English language!
  • Preferred 2+ years of work experience as a call center Agent.
Capable of working under stress and targets- This is part of our JOB!
  • Outstanding
communication and interpersonal skills!
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiating sales and conversion with potential and difficult clients over the phone.
  • Building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications from scratch.
Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Customer Service relations.
  • Meeting sales targets.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
  • Medical Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

* Arabic and english (Preferred)
