Banking Call Center :
Benefits:-
-Location : Locations : october - tagmoa - maadi - shrouk - naser city (
-Salary 8200 gross ( 7200 gross - 1000 kpis )
-Social & Medical insurance.
-Availability to join staff after 2:3 years
-2700 transportation allowance - bonus and profit share
Qualifications:-
-Bachelor's degree
-Very Good english level up to Excellent
Responsibilities:
The job duties of a bank customer service representative :
-Answer questions about account types and banking products, such as CDs, money market accounts, loans and credit cards
-Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments

Desired Candidate Profile


Profile:

Proven experience as call center or similar supervisory position
Experience in customer service is essential
Proficient in English
Working knowledge of MS Office
Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
A results-oriented approach
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
