Job Description

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner from tenants

  • Evaluate problems and complaints of the tenants and enter in the system (AMFM)

  • Assign complaints/work to the technician via work orders

  • Route calls to other team members whenever needed

  • Make relevant notes from customer interactions

  • Arrange vehicle and materials when needed

  • Complete call logs and reports

  • Maintain attendance sheets

  • Prepare daily work distribution chart

  • Raising martial requisitions

  • Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required

  • Manage & update customer databases

  • Follow-up on customer calls

  • Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.

  • Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.

  • Keeping track of supply and material inventories.

  • Verifying and registering overtime of staff

  • Updating maintenance logs for all machinery

  • Establishing protocols for non-mechanical maintenance

  • Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections

  • Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.

  • Performs any other functions related to the job scope, the management deem necessary as designated.

  • Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (and/or Other Attributes):*

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma holder

  • With very good knowledge in Customer Service.

  • Preferably with considerable experience working in the UAE being well versed with Facility Maintenance.

  • Good facility of Language (English) and communication skills.

  • Open to all Nationalities.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
