Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent at Outserving Plus. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective communication. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle customer support tasks efficiently and professionally.
