Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nasr city, Cairo for a Call Center Pharmacist. The Call Center Pharmacist will be responsible for providing clinical support to customers and patients regarding medications through inbound and outbound phone contacts. The role will be responsible for managing queries, providing advice and directing patients to healthcare professionals for further care if necessary.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, and a current license to practice pharmacy in Egypt.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Good knowledge of common prescription and OTC medications in Egypt, and strong clinical judgement to provide accurate medication advice to customers through calls or chats.
• Experience in customer service in a pharmacy, drug information center, or pharmaceutical call center setting.
• Attention to detail, and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work morning (08:00 AM to 04:30 PM), after (04:00 PM to 12:30 AM) and overnight shift (12:00 AM to 08:30 AM), weekends and holidays as required by the job.
