Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at Exclusive Management. As a Call Center Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers, utilizing computer systems and software, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
