Elio Properties is currently seeking motivated individual to join our team as Arabic Call Center Representatives in the real estate sector. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our real estate services, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide information about Elio Properties real estate services to potential clients.
Assist customers in navigating through available properties, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Arabic Speaking
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good appearance and professional demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Tactful in dealing with customers and able to handle challenging situations.
Previous experience in real estate and/or sales industry is preferred.
