Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Team Leader. The Call Center Team Leader will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the call center, including monitoring and optimizing team performance, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and providing coaching and mentoring to team members. The Team Leader will also be responsible for handling escalated inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

Requirement
- 6 months minimum experience as an active Team Leader (Solar or Real Estate experience is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree (Undergraduates are not accepted at this time)
- Complete fluency in English
- Ability to work from home, during Pacific Time Zone (USA), Monday to Friday fixed shift
- Efficient Internet & Computer
