Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Team Manager. The Offshore Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the telemarketing team. This includes supervising the team, setting targets and goals, providing training and guidance, and ensuring the team meets performance standards. The Call Center Team Manager will also be involved in strategic planning, data analysis, and fostering strong customer relationships.

MUST have experience working with offshore call centers. (US market)
Working hours 4 PM to 12 AM
