- Organize and supervise staff living in Company Accommodation.
Ensure Health and safety regulations are met.- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating with daily operations and conduct regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and to the required standards.
- Interact with employees, and address their concerns and issues.
* Maintaining records and preparing reports.
