Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the camp facilities as per the company policy and procedures.
Maintain the safety and security standards within the premises as per the company HSE policy. Administer the allocation and distribution of the rooms as per the entitlement of the employee. Provide comprehensive orientation to the new employee regarding the camp rules and regulation and facilities of the camp.
Responsible for supply and distribution of furniture, fixture and commodities to the residents of the camp.
Responsible for the availability of required inventory of all material and stock.
Maintain the availability of all housing utilities in the camp i.e. water, electricity, gas, laundry facility etc.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the camp facilities including rooms, kitchens, mess room, washrooms etc. as per the desired standards.
Establish open communication channel with the residence to resolve and record the complaints and issues.
Prepare and submit monthly reports regarding accommodation allocation, employee satisfaction, inventory etc.
Responsible for providing well equipped medical first aid and clinic facilities.
Maintain strict camp vigilance and security to ensure restriction of criminal or illegal activities
